2. Subscription Services
2.1 Cancellation Within Trial Period
If you cancel your subscription during a trial period (if applicable), you will not be charged for the subscription, and no refund will be necessary as no payment has been processed.
2.2 Cancellation of Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
- When you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the subscribed services until the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle when you cancel a monthly subscription.
2.3 Cancellation of Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, you may request a full refund.
- If you cancel after 14 days from the purchase or renewal date, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription, less any applicable administrative fees.
- No refund will be provided if cancellation occurs after 30 days from the purchase or renewal date.
3. Transaction and Service Fees
3.1 Banking Transaction Fees
Banking and transaction fees charged for completed transactions are generally non-refundable. However, in the following cases, a refund may be considered:
- Duplicate transactions where the same transaction was processed more than once.
- Transactions that were not authorized by you and are determined to be erroneous or fraudulent.
- Technical errors that resulted in incorrect fee calculations or charges.
3.2 Consultation and Advisory Fees
For financial consultation or advisory services:
- If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 48 hours before the appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refund will be provided for missed appointments or cancellations made after the scheduled consultation time.
- If InvestWiseViet cancels a consultation for any reason, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

- Service credits for future use.

4.2 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use our services, please report these issues promptly to our support team. If we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for:
- Service credits equivalent to the affected period.
- Partial refund for the affected period.
- Full refund if the issues cannot be resolved and significantly impact the core functionality of our services.

- Processing time for refunds typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

- Administrative fees and processing charges.

- Services that have been fully delivered or consumed.
